Could counselling help you? www.private-counselling.com -

Are you feeling low or worthles? Are you suffering from panic attacks or anxiety? Are you finding it hard to get over a loss, the end of a relationship or a bereavement? Are you simply feeling confused as to what you want out of life and need someone to talk to outside of family and friends? Whatever is troubling you, getting in touch will offer you the opportunity to decide whether counselling could help. I offer a warm, supportive and confidential space in which you may freely discuss your problems without fear of being judged. I enjoy working collaboratively with people in order to explore the best way for them to move forward in their lives. My experience includes working in a busy counselling agency in Cirencester and as a befriender for the Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID). I have had experience of working with both male and female clients across a broad range of areas including stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorders, self-esteem and relationship issues. Both short and long-term counselling is available. I am a qualified counsellor and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their ethics and code of conduct. If you would like to see whether counselling could help you, please get in touch - 07531 633692 or www.private-counselling.com.
